Alright well i'll be the one making all the code, images, layouts for the site.  I do it all with a notepad photoshop and mozilla. Currently this layout was made by www.rockettheme.com. The site is managed by Joomla! its a CMS program and you can download it for free. What you are gonna need is a MYSQL database this is very important or else you wont be able to use it. Joomla! is a great for managing your whole site from making pages to publishing articles, we highly recommend it.
